This is a pre-launch draft policy. It will be finalised and legally reviewed before public launch. It describes our intended approach.

No account required

Veridare V1 is a local, pass-and-play game. You do not create an account, and gameplay does not require you to provide personal information. Players enter only display names of their choosing, which are stored on your device.

What is stored on your device

Game settings, recently played question IDs and any in-progress game are stored locally on your device so the game can resume and vary content. This data stays on the device and is not transmitted to us.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, we collect only minimal, aggregated product-usage events (for example, that a game started or completed) to improve the game. We do not use advertising trackers by default and do not sell personal data. Any analytics or cookie handling will match the target jurisdictions and be disclosed here.

Answer reveals may link to external sources. Opening a source link takes you to a third-party website governed by that site’s own privacy policy.

Children

The core game is intended for friends, families and mixed social groups. Content or modes with different audience ratings would be clearly labelled.
